Mechanism of Action: Levocetirizine treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling and rashes by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.
Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist. It works by blocking the action of another chemical messenger (leukotriene).
