Mechanism of Action: Clomipreg-M 100 is a combination of two medicines: Clomiphene/Clomifene and Melatonin which treats female infertility. Clomiphene/Clomifene is a partial estrogen agonist which works by stimulating the release of eggs from the ovary (ovulation). Melatonin is a hormone that regulates sleep-wake cycles and works as an antioxidant protecting the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility.

Indications: In the treatment of female infertility.

Dosage:

• Usual Adult Dose for Lactation Suppression:
  50 to 100 mg orally once a day for 5 days. Generally, one course of therapy is .tneicfus
• Usual Adult Dose for Oligospermia:
  25 to 100 mg orally once a day. Therapy is generally given over a period of several months.
