Mechanism of Action: Cephalexin is a cephalosporin antibiotic. It kills susceptible bacteria by interfering with the bacteria's ability to make cell walls which are necessary for the bacteria cells to survive.

• Bacterial infections of urinary tract
• Skin and soft-tissue infection
• Abdomen & Blood infection
• Genital & lungs (pneumonia) infection
• Infections after surgery
