Mechanism of Action:This is a combination of two pain relieving medicines (Mefanamic acid & Paracetamol / Acetaminophen). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers in the brain that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling).

Indications:

• Fever in children above 6 months
• Mild to moderate pain of various etiologies
• Abdominal cramps.
